WOMEN EMPOWERMENT CELL
The women empowerment cell is constituted at the beginning of every academic year with one of the women faculty as a convener. The cell meets as and when to discuss the welfare schemes to be implemented for women and girl students. The cell also meets as and when a grievance is addressed to it.
OBJECTIVES
- To enable them to become successful entrepreneurs and to enlighten on self employment opportunities.
- To generate awareness about the role of women in society and civilization as a whole
- To guide about women welfare laws
- To highlight the importance of health and hygiene
