AKIM has history of strong relationship with leading business organizations and we continue to reinforce these relationships and expand our corporate partnership.
The Placement Cell of the AKIM is established for securing our students’ future by giving a respectful job and opportunities to them. Thus, the main objective of the cell is to get students placed in reputed multinationals, Government Organizations, NGO's and the private sector.
The Placement Cell acts as an interface between the industry and the students, and will primarily enable the students to select from their career options. The Placement Cell will liaison with corporate organizations to provide suitable jobs and internship for the candidates completing their studies from AKIM.

The placement cell of AKIM provides a place for employers to find manpower suitable for their requirements. We shall facilitate the selection process of all the companies as per their requirement in terms of logistic and infrastructural support.
All students registered with the Placement Cell will be provided placement assistance, counseling for employment and self/social entrepreneurship.
The Institute has an active students’ placement programme. Through its Placement Cell, it provides direction and support to students who are eligible for placement. All through the years, it has succeeded in maintaining an excellent record. The institute vigorously follows a norm of 100% placement.

PLACEMENT PROCESS
AKIM is one product and one placement programme. The entire placement process is centralized. The eligible students pass through the same placement process.

The Placement Season commences every second year of the programme.

Companies who have experienced the capabilities of our students either through Summer Internship, or through projects done as part of the curriculum, and who are desirous of making a job offer on the basis of his/her experience, may do so on the basis of a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO).
