GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL CELL & GIRLS STUDENTS GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL CELL
The objective of the Grievance Cell is to develop a responsive and accountable attitude among all the stakeholders in order to maintain a harmonious educational atmosphere in the institution.
OBJECTIVES
- Upholding the dignity of the college by ensuring strife free atmosphere in the college through promoting cordial Student-Teacher relationship.
- Encouraging the Staff and Students to express their grievances/problem freely and frankly, without any fear of being victimized.
- Suggestion/complaint box is installed in the department in which the Staff and Students, who want to remain anonymous, put in writing their grievances and their suggestions for improving the Academics/Administration in the college.
- Advising students of the college to respect the right and dignity of one another and show utmost restraint and patience whenever any occasion of rift arises.
- To acquaint all the Employee’s/Students about their rights and duties.

FROM TEACHERS
- Every Teacher is expected to impart the knowledge and teach the students the management knowledge as prescribed by the university sincerely and honestly.
- Every Teacher is expected to cooperate with and secure the cooperation of other persons in all activities which aim at the improvement of the moral, mental and physical well-being of the student.
- Every Teacher is expected to be strictly impartial in his/her relations with all his/her students she/he is expected to be sympathetic and helpful to all students in general and in particular to slow learners.
- He/She shall plan out his/her work on approved lines and do it methodically and vigilantly.
- Every Teacher is expected at all times to :
- Maintain absolute integrity
- Maintain devotion to duty
- Do nothing which is unbecoming of an employee of AKIM
FROM STUDENTS
- Every Student is expected to attend classes sincerely and gain knowledge and develop positive attitude.
- They are expected to exhibit disciplined behavior inside and outside the college.
- Students shall not bring any undesirable articles inside the college campus.
FROM PARENTS
- Parents shall ensure that their children shall attend the college campus.
- Parents will come to the college whenever invited by The Director.
- Parents shall regularly check and monitor the academic performance of his/her ward
